Kerry Decker started practicing yoga five years ago to help stretch out her body after long distance running was taking its toll. She found yoga not only helped her to become more flexible and stronger but discovered an amazing feeling of balance physically and mentally after practicing as well as breath work, which aids her not only in her practice but in everyday life.

She then went on to qualify as an instructor March 2016 in order to share her passion for yoga and has been teaching all over London since. Kerry teaches Vinyasa Flow and her aim as a yoga teacher is to create a space for people to take time to tune in with their body and encourage them to find their potential for movement, strength and flexibility in a relaxed and friendly environment. She teaches a dynamic practice with creative sequences offering options to cater for different levels.
